We need a relatively flat, clear space of about 25 feet to comfortably park our 7x16 trailer and allow room for door openings, safety cones, etc. Driveways, quiet curbsides, and cul-de-sacs work perfectly. We just require clear overhead clearance from low-hanging tree branches or power lines.

Not at all—and that’s the magic of our setup! We explicitly do not use typical backyard or construction sand, which is full of fine dust and clings to everything. We use 100% premium, dust-free aragonite ocean sand. Because it is made of smooth, tiny round grains, it easily brushes right off clothes, skin, and socks. The mess stays inside the trailer.

Safety and cleanliness are our absolute highest priorities. Between every single party, our team performs a strict sanitization protocol. We deep-clean all toys and hard surfaces using child-safe, non-toxic botanical disinfectants, and we run commercial-grade UVC sanitizing lights inside the enclosed trailer to completely eliminate germs, bacteria, and viruses before the next group steps inside.

The party goes on! Our trailer is fully enclosed, insulated, and equipped with a heavy-duty, off-grid climate control system. Whether it’s a blazing 95-degree day in July or a freezing 20-degree snowstorm in January, the inside of the sandbox remains a perfectly comfortable, regulated 70 degrees year-round.

The key exception is when the weather is bad enough that we cannot safely drive the trailer to your location. In that event, a full refund will be issued along with a credit to rebook for another date.

Our 50-square-foot indoor sand pit comfortably accommodates up to 10 to 12 children playing simultaneously. Our setup is intentionally designed to optimize sensory development and imaginative play for children ages 2 to 7 years old, though older kids who love construction, digging, and treasure hunting have a blast too!
